| To Our Remodeling Customers | Job Scheduling | |
| The following is intended to prepare you for what to expect and how we generally operate at the jobsite so your remodeling projects will proceed smoothly and as worry free as possible. Remodeling can be a major cause of anxiety for many people…it doesn’t need to be. The keys to a pleasant and successful project are active communication, careful planning and a realistic approach of the remodeling project. Here are a few guidelines that we follow to insure safety and a successful remodeling project: |
We do our best to schedule your job at the most convenient time for you. Unfortunately we cannot always be as accurate as we would like to be. It may become necessary to delay your job temporarily. This is due in part to “extras” being added to jobs we are currently on. Also, delays in ordered materials due to holidays, weather conditions, etc. may postpone the project. Jobs we are currently on take precedence just as yours will when we start it.
| The Job Sign | Visit During Construction | |
| We will have a job sign in your yard for the duration of the project to help suppliers and workers to find the proper address. Of course, we are also proud of our work and we want your neighbors to know you have hired the very best! |
For your own safety, and in the interest of efficiency, please stay clear of the construction area. The best time to visit with us is in the morning when we are setting up, or in the evening when we are cleaning up.
| Phone Rules | Children | |
| We will not answer your phone. However, we may need to use it briefly to check on deliveries, make changes to the work schedule, and to communicate with the office. |

| Trash Removal | Changes (cont.) | |
| Before we begin your project, you need to let us know what you would like us to haul away. Waste hauling is very costly. |
Creative ideas occur to all of us as the project moves into full swing. We see changes as opportunities to get more out of a project by making insightful decisions that allow you to make a dramatic difference in the outcome.
| Extra Materials | Communication | |
| Most items “left over” at the end of a project belong to us. We order extra materials so we don’t run out close to completion. We buy things like nails, screws, caulk, and adhesives in bulk. Conservation of valuable resources allows us to provide you with the best possible product at a reasonable cost. |
Please let us know during the job if you have any questions or concerns. Problems If you are unhappy or upset about something, let us know right away. If you do not, we can’t possibly help. Please call us at (336) 272-6255.
| Changes Cost More | Other Services | |
| That shouldn’t surprise anyone. Our staff wants you to get the most out of your home. In most cases we bid a project to be produced for a set contract price, rather than bid an “estimate.” We pride ourselves on the thoroughness of our pre-bid investigations, but we don’t have “X-RAY VISION.” Extras are sometimes the result of hidden conditions that we could not reasonably expect to encounter. We also try to nail down as many details as we can before we start a project, so your remodeling project will run smoothly and efficiently. |
In addition to doing kitchen and bath remodeling we also do:
